What do you get when you combine a Piña Colada and a Strawberry-Lime Daiquiri and remove all of the alcohol? Well a Virgin Miami Vice naturally!

This one's got layers, 2 of them, that stack the aforementioned sober solutions on top of one another creating this really distinct layering effect! One's smooth and sweet, the other pulpy and tart. Combined, it's a full way to enjoy the best of the warmer latitudes without having to fly South.

Virgin Miami Vice

[Pt 1] 1 oz (30 ml) Pineapple Juice (Dole)
[Pt 1] 1 oz (30 ml) Coconut Cream (Coco López)
[Pt 1] 1/2 oz (15 ml) Heavy Cream
[Pt 1] 1/2 cup (115 ml) Crushed Ice
[Pt 2] 1 1/2 oz (44 ml) Strawberry Puree
[Pt 2] 1 1/2 oz (44 ml) Lime Juice
[Pt 2] 1/4 oz (7 ml) Simple Syrup
[Pt 2] 1/2 cup (115 ml) Crushed Ice

Method: Blend until Smooth Both Parts (1&2) individually, and layer on top of one another

Garnish: Strawberries
