Ingredients: 2 oz (59ml) Gin (Faber); 2 dashes Orange Bitters (Angostura); 3/4 oz (22 ml) Ruby Port

Princeton #1

2 oz (59ml) Gin (Faber)
2 dashes Orange Bitters (Angostura)
3/4 oz (22 ml) Ruby Port

Method: Stir all except for the Port! Then strain into a glass. Pour port such that it sinks below the gin mixture.

Garnish: Orange or lemon peel to twist
