- 2 oz (59 ml) Gin (Faber)
- 1/2 oz (15 ml) Ruby Port (Cockburn's)
- 1/6 oz (a barspoon) Rich Simple Syrup (2:1 by Weight)
- 3 dashes Orange Bitters (Angostura)
- 1/3 oz (10 ml) Chilled Water
Method: Stir all except for the Port! Then strain into a glass. Pour port such that it sinks below the gin mixture.
