Furman University is located in Greenville, SC, one of the areas of South Carolina that I'm familiar with. In attempting to draw inspiration for this team's honorary libation, I thought a lot about what makes Greenville good for me. Lush greens, clean air, amply filled liquor stores, and Zen Ramen and Sushi Burrito...

I couldn't find anything that perfectly matched those together without completely diverting from the whole "March Madness" thing. So I settled on the Greenville team getting Green Tea Shots (which I've never made before). It worked out because last week I bought that Irish Whiskey for the St Patty's drink sessions, so all was well!

A green tea shot, for those who don't know, doesn't contain green tea at all. Honestly, it's barely green at all, so where the term comes from is a matter of discussion for the historians out there. The recipe is as follows, and it goes down smooooooth.
