(spoken sensually) Looooooooove... That's what Eros is alllllll about. And since June is Pride month, why not a drink inspired by one of the embodiments of love as it pertains the the Greek pantheon! When conducting a bit of research, I was surprised to find that there are two versions of Eros, one being the child of Aphrodite and Ares and the sibling of other love gods, Erotes. The other is a bit more primordial, being born of Chaos themself... I feel that there is a euphemism to be had here, but let's save that for after-hours.

The Eros on the Beach cocktails is a peached-up version of its mortal counterpart, Sex on the Beach. Essentially, we've subbed out normal vodka for peach vodka, really multiplying that peach flavor! It's got a very powerful aroma and smell that is very focused on one thing, with subtle citrus notes and a noticeable boozy air. As my Dearest pointed out (being a big peach fan) she describes it as tasting like peach vodka, and I couldn't agree more.

I'll also note that it took me a hot minute to realize that the garnish that adorns this drink is meant to look like an arrow. Like Cupid's love arrow? It's great, and I wish I could take credit for that, but alas, I cannot.
