My favorite drinking game is actually a board game that my Dearest and I found at Gen Con last year! The game, Heroes of Barcadia tracks your HP with specially-marked cups. The more damage you take, the more you drink!
During our chocolate cocktails stream, we took the Dwarven Delight recipe out of the Liquornomicon, the tome of drinks provided with the board game.
Dwarven Delight is character Maltilda the Stout-Hearted's flagship libation, and it's essentially a boozy cup of chocolate milk.
In contrast to merely glugging vodka into brown-milk, this recipe specifically adds chocolate liqueur which I naturally used Godiva for.
The flavor reminds me of my childhood days looking forward to sipping the milk from my bowl of cocoa pebbles after I was finished. It also reminds me of last week when I tried that chocolate Magic Spoon cereal and subsequently sipped the discolored milk from it as well.
I'm now tempted to one-off my next Heroes of Barcadia character as being a cast-out noble who's flagship cocktail is this one, but even fancier.
~in a British accent~
"I don't settle for mere choccy milk. My milk is the finest and most clarified in all the realms. The chocolate, the purest of cacao beans hand-picked by none other than our cared for and most well-respected plantation workers...
also it's filled it with Everclear!"
