Many things are feared about Australia. Giant spiders, killer kangaroos, and emus (to name a few of the top ones). There's another bullet to be added, and that is, evidently, the death flip, a terrifying combination of tequila (ouch), Jäger (yikes), syrup (alright), yellow chartreuse (what?), and an egg (shivers). As you can tell, very terrifying (he says ironically)
The sum of its parts is very creamy and akin to a sort of egg custard with a number of flavor additions.
The licorice notes of the Jäger pair very well with the anise of the Chartreuse, and the eggy texture is elevated by that prominent agave note originating from the tequila. There really isn't anything to be afraid of aside from accidentally spilling Chartreuse while mixing the drink. By that point in time, I imagine this is your dessert drink and it's time for a treat anyway.
