

As the description in the book would call this, sexy, I for one would agree. Spice, smoke, chocolate? Say no more. It's all very balanced too, nothing particularly overpowers any other, and as it comes to temperature it shifts from the more chocolate notes to the spicier ones from the ancho chile liqueur

- ½ oz (15ml) Crème de Cacao (Jacquins, but preferably Tempus Fugit)
- ½ oz (15ml) Ancho Chile Liqueur (Ancho Reyes)
- 3 dashes Chocolate Bitters (Woodford Reserve)
