This one's not as cinnamony as I would've hoped it would be since it bears it's namesake, but it's pleasant otherwise. It's kinda like a deeper-flavored Mimosa. Like instead of the bubbly, citrusy notes from champagned, it's more sugary and "warm" with the rum and cinnamon syrup (of what little there was)

  • 2 oz (59 ml) Reposado Tequila (Patrón, but Siete Leguas is recommended)
  • .25 oz (7ml) Jamaican Rum (Myer's, but Smith & Cross)
  • .75 oz (22ml) Lime Juice
  • .75 oz (22ml) Cinnamon Syrup
  • 1 dash Angostura Orange Bitters
  • 1 orange, cut into wedges and for garnish

Method: Shake & Strain

Garnish: Orange Twist
