A green-blue opaque liquid sits in a small stein glass. Supposedly this comes from an animal somewhere out in space. That, or a blender.

"Tea wouldn't be my first choice, no. I prefer the harder stuff. Y'know, blue milk, citrus juice, caf..."

Everybody's got their own version of Blue Milk out there. Disney, Liquor.com, the Geeky Chef, Tatooine itself. I think so long as you have a blue-opaque liquid, then you've got yourself a recipe for milk that is blue. Personally, if you were to tell me that I could actually drink blue liquid from an animal that produces it, I totally would. Heck, for the longest time, I was under the impression that pink milk and brown milk came from cows, so this isn't that far of a stretch.

This particular recipe has a number of tropical notes to it. Fruity lime and pineapple, with coconut cream for texture and the rest of the flavor. It's delightful. There's a lot in this combo so it was difficult to piece apart everything going on, but it tastes very tiki-like to me so I am totally into it. I'll say that I was a little disappointed that I couldn't taste more of the orange blossom from the orgeat here, so perhaps during my next go-around to Tatooine I'll ask for a tap that's heavier on the "Bantha".
