I don't know too much about Nebraska, nor about the Creightons who live there (Get it? I mean no offense by this statement :P)

What I do know is that their mascot is a blue jay bird. As such, a Blue Jay cocktail shot was in order for this upset.

This one comes from Absolut vodka as an encouragement to use their product for anything and everything. Not sure if it's worth to use Absolut specifically (I've never tried) but I think a Tito's will cover for whatever you need. What's interesting about this shot is that it includes as an ingredient some milk. What this lends to the shot is a light almost robin egg blue color to the shot, which I think looks pretty cool!

It's got a smooth mouthfeel to it and a very light orange flavor from the curaçao. Just a slightly sweet shot that ain't no big thing. Hey, it's pretty looking and it tastes alright, so I'm not complaining!
